Access to and use of the co333 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You are at least 21 years of age. co333 does not permit access to persons under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual, a business entity, or any third party in relation to wagering activity.
• You have not previously been excluded from co333 voluntarily or by operator action.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

co333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.

To access co333's games, betting markets, and financial services, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.

One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one co333 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. co333 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplication is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonus credit will be forfeited, and co333 reserves the right to retain funds pending investigation.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via supported mobile financial services (MFS) are credited to your co333 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. co333 does not impose any fees on incoming deposits; however, your MFS provider may charge their standard transaction fees independently of co333.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during high-volume periods may take up to 12 hours. Withdrawals are only released to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully complete.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fulfilled.
• No open fraud investigation or account review may be active on your account.

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this clause.

Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Meeting the wagering requirement using games that are excluded from bonus play will not contribute to the requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to track the validity period of any active bonus.

Bonus Abuse. co333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk combination bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Players found engaging in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently suspended.

Seasonal Promotions. co333 may offer special promotions tied to cultural or sporting events relevant to Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL cricket season, and IPL. These promotions carry their own terms and remain subject to all general bonus principles in this clause.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on co333.

Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to co333's acceptance at the odds displayed at the time of placement. co333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets where there is evidence of irregular betting activity, known information advantage, or market manipulation.

Odds and Market Settlement. Odds are determined by co333 and may change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at that time are locked. In-Play Betting. co333 offers live in-play betting on selected markets. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. co333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during active play, due to technical requirements or data interruption. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned.

Abandoned and Postponed Events. Where an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed and is not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time (BST, UTC+6), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for that market type apply.

Maximum Payout. A maximum payout limit applies to sports betting winnings per event per account. The current limit is published in the co333 Help Centre and may be updated from time to time. Winnings exceeding this limit will be settled at the published maximum.

co333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players and are enforced by co333 where necessary.

Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Limits take effect immediately. Any unauthorised use of co333's intellectual property may result in immediate account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the co333 platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using co333 for money laundering, structuring, or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the co333 platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Colluding with other players or co333 employees to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt sporting conduct
• Accessing co333 on behalf of another person for wagering purposes without explicit authorisation
• Systematically abusing promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at co333 staff or other players

co333 reserves the right to withhold funds and seek damages where prohibited conduct has resulted in financial loss or reputational harm to co333 or its partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, co333 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

co333 shall not be liable for: any loss of funds arising from your own decisions to place wagers; technical interruptions to gameplay or betting markets caused by factors outside co333's reasonable control; losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; decisions made in reliance on information published on the co333 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.

In all circumstances, co333's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits co333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments. co333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, co333 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of co333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to the effective date.

Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and co333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. co333's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any future occasion.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through co333's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
